How To Find Our Location

We are located right above 2nd Bridge Brewing Co. If you have entered the parking lot and do not see a green building to your left and 2nd Bridge Brewing Co to your right, it is likely that you are on the incorrect side of the building. 

Once you are in the correct parking lot, please go up the stair case that leads to the white double doors. Once you’re through the double doors, take a left into the doorway and there you will see our shop.

Cancellation Policy

You have 48 hours before your scheduled event to cancel in which you will receive credits for a future event. We do not offer cash refunds. There are no credit or cash refunds if you cancel in the period of less than 48 hours before your scheduled event.

ALL Love Candles reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified of the event cancellation as soon as possible and refunds will be issued accordingly.

What if I am running later?

You may still attend the event, however, the event will begin as scheduled which may result in an unfinished product. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling in the event that you are late to your reservation. 

What is your no show policy?

We are not able to issue a refund or rescheduling if you miss your scheduled event. 

Can I come to a public event without a reservation?

You’re welcome to visit the shop but in order to pour your own candle, you must reserve a seat online. Sign Up Here. 

How do I plan a private party?

Please fill out the form on the Private Events page and someone will get back to you with details. 

What kind of Alcohol can I bring?

You are allowed to bring Beer and Wine. Liquor is not permitted. 

Does ALL Love Candles check ID for those who bring alcohol?

ALL Love Candles reserves the right to verify the age of the registrants who bring alcohol to our shop. 

Is there an age limit for participation ?

Ages 12+

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you may bring your own food and snacks.

Does ALL Love Candles sell food?

We do not currently have any food available at the shop. 

Gift Cards

Can I use my Gift Card code for an in-store purchase? Gift Cards are redeemable for website purchases only. You cannot use your gift card code for an in-store purchase.

What if I lost my Gift Card code? Gift Card codes are sent only to the recipient who received the gift. ALL Love Candles does not have access to these codes and your Gift Card code cannot be replaced. 

Can I exchange my Gift Card for cash? You cannot exchange your Gift Card for cash. 

Can I get a refund on my gift card? There are no refunds on Gift Cards.

Does my Gift Card have an expiration date? There are no expiration dates on Gift Cards.
